Usage Instructions:

• The red wire is positive, the black wire is negative, and the yellow wire is ACC. Do not connect them incorrectly, as it may cause product damage.
• Power on the controller, the indicator light flashes twice, and enters standby mode. Note: Green flashing indicates normal, blue indicates the protection function is not working (controller failure), but the heating function works normally.
• In standby mode, press the button on the grip cover. If the supply voltage is lower than the startup voltage of the heated grips, the red indicator light will flash a few times, and it enters standby mode.
• In standby mode, press the button on the grip cover. If the supply voltage at this time is higher than the startup voltage of the heated grips, the system will enter rapid heating, rapidly warming the grips. After a period, it enters stable heating.
• In working mode, each press of the button increases the heating power by 20%. There are a total of 5 gears, and the indicator light colors are: blue—cyan—green—purple—red.
• In working mode, if the supply voltage is lower than the startup voltage of the heated grips, the corresponding gear indicator light flashes. If it remains below this voltage for 7 seconds, the controller will cut off the heating output and enter standby mode. If the voltage returns to normal within 7 seconds, the indicator light will stay on steadily, and normal operation will resume.
• In working mode, if the supply voltage exceeds the set maximum voltage value, the controller immediately cuts off the heating output and enters standby mode.
• It has surge and reverse connection protection; ACC control function is available.
